Who is responsible

Notch Studio AB, organisation number 559600-2708, Kragstalundsvägen 29, 186 54 Vallentuna, Sweden, is the controller for personal data collected on this site. Contact us at privacy@notch.studio.

What we collect

• Website analytics (Google Analytics): pages viewed, how you arrived, rough location and device. Cookies are set only if you click Accept in the cookie banner (consent). Before that, and if you decline, Google only receives anonymous signals without identifiers.
• Emails you send us at hello@notch.studio: your address and message, to answer you (legitimate interest).

We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Google (Analytics and Firebase Hosting, which serves this site) processes the data for us, mainly on servers in the United States. Transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Analytics data is kept for 14 months. Emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request.

Cookies

Only the Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*) after you accept them, and a note in your browser's storage of your cookie choice. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser and you will be asked again.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time by emailing privacy@notch.studio. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY, imy.se).
